Jai Swaminarayan ~ The Patel Family is heartbroken to announce the passing of their beloved Vinodbhai C. Patel - Son of Late Dr. Chhotabhai L. Patel (Jinja, Uganda) & Late Mrs. Gangaben C. Patel. Vinodbhai (Karamsad, India) was born on October 5, 1939 in Nadiad, and sadly passed away in Morganville, NJ on Saturday, January 8, 2022, aged 82 years. His battle with deteriorating health in recent years showed his courage in facing life's challenges with a smile - and, despite the suffering he remained a strong, calm and gentle soul to the very end. We pray to Bhagwan Shri Swaminarayan, Param Pujya Pramukh Swami Maharaj and Param Pujya Mahant Swami Maharaj to bless his departed atma with eternal bliss in Akshardham and give strength to family members to bear the loss of our beloved Vinodbhai. Vinodbhai is survived by his wife - Ramilaben, children - Nisha and Sacheen, grandchildren - Jaina, Deven and Jaiden, his siblings - Dr. Jayantbhai, Kiritbhai, Ilaben and (late) Taruben. Due to the current Covid restrictions we are requesting in-person funeral attendance be limited to immediate family members, only.
