Parag M. Doshi, 47, of West Windsor, NJ, passed away on Sunday, August 6, 2017. Funeral arrangements are under the care and direction of Ruby Memorial Funeral Home. Funeral Pooja & Services will take place on Thursday, August 10th from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. at The Crematory at Holy Cross Burial Park 840 Cranbury South River Road (Cty Rd. 535) in East Brunswick. Parag had a Masters Degree in Engineering and worked as a Software Engineer with Nokia Network and Technologies. Parag was also the owner of Jay Kay Wines and Liquors. Surviving are his beloved wife Rupal Doshi, 2 daughters, Neki and Isha Doshi, Parents-in-law, Mr. & Mrs. Harshad Kotadia, Sister and brother-in-law Rajesh & Pinky Mehta (India), brother, Sameer Doshi, sister-in-law, Prem Doshi and nieces, Riya Mehta, Aneesha and Aarya Doshi.Parag is also survived by many loving friends and will be missed by all.
