Lotfy Halaka Obituary (1931 - 2022) - Hamilton Square, New Jersey

"I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith." (2 Timothy 4:7) The Halaka family is heartbroken to announce the passing of the beloved husband and father, Lotfy Halaka. He was 90 and passed peacefully on Saturday March 5, 2022. He is survived by his wife of 73 years, Fayza Halaka, his sons Adel, Gamal, Atef Halaka, and his daughter Sana Ibrahim (wife of Samir Ibrahim). He is the adored grandfather of Mark, (husband of Julianne Ibrahim), Daniel, Christopher, Irene, Joseph, James (husband of Emily Halaka), Antoinette, Nancy, and Adam. He is greatly missed by his great grandchildren Renea, Jeremiah, and Isabella. Funeral service will be held at 11am immediately following liturgy on Tuesday, March 8th at St. Mary's Coptic Orthodox Church in East Brunswick with an agape meal to follow. May God repose his soul and grant comfort to the family.
