With a heavy heart and enormous love, we, Himanshu and Anuja Parekh / Moushumi and Hitesh Patel / Falguni and Jesus Gonzalez, share the passing of our beloved father, Harshad Parekh, born on April 2, 1944, in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. Harshad left us on September 14, 2026, leaving behind a legacy of love and laughter. He was a beacon of light, guiding us with his wisdom and always reminding us of the importance of family and togetherness.

Harshad was a devoted family man, always supportive and loving. His humor was infectious, and his adventurous character was a testament to his personality. His career in Quality Assurance in the pharmaceutical industry spanned many decades, retiring in 2017 after a successful and fulfilling journey. Harshad had a unique charm that invited conversations, and he was known to be friendly to everyone he met. His love for dancing, acting, traveling the world and listening to music was well known. His love for his family was unparalleled, and he cherished every moment spent with his children and grandkids - Raj, Maya and Jonah. As the saying goes, "The quality of a man's life is in direct proportion to his commitment to excellence," Harshad lived this truth with unwavering dedication.

Harshad was a widower, having lost his wife - Sudha Parekh in a journey that began on May 6, 1971. He is survived by us, his family. He was preceded in death by his parents, Manilal and Triveniben Parekh. The void left by Harshad's departure is enormous, but the memories we shared with him will forever remain etched in our hearts. His life and his legacy will be celebrated on Thursday, September 17, 2026, at 10:00amEDT at The Crematory at Holy Cross, 228 Cranbury - South River Road, East Brunswick, New Jersey, 08816.
