Ferguson Dyron Obituary (1976 - 2024) - Franklin Township, New Jersey

Dyron D'Mont Willmott Ferguson, 47, passed away peacefully on Sunday, May 12, 2024 at Memorial Sloan Kettering Hospital in New York City surrounded by his loving family. He leaves behind a legacy of love, compassion, and infectious laughter. Dyron was born on October 19, 1976 in Nassau, Bahamas to Derek Willmott Ferguson and Rose Mary (Gibson) Ferguson. He graduated from St. Augustine's College (high school) in Nassau, Bahamas. He then traveled to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania to study Criminal Justice at St. Joseph's University, where he obtained his Bachelor of Science degree. Dyron worked as the Director of Operations for Northern New Jersey at Concentra. He demonstrated true leadership skills through many years of working in various roles within the company, and he inspired others to strive for greatness. His dedication and passion for his work was only matched by his commitment to his family. He cherished his roles as a loving husband, father, son, and brother. He always lived life to the fullest, as he enjoyed spending quality time with his family, traveling around the world, cooking, enjoying exotic food experiences, bike riding, watching movies, and spear fishing in the Bahamas, among countless other activities. One of his favorite things to do was spending football Sundays at home in his pajamas with his wife and children. Dyron was predeceased by his father, Derek Ferguson. Dyron is survived by his devoted wife, Margi (Patel) Ferguson, their adoring children, Dylan and Devyn, his mother, Rose (Gibson) Ferguson, his brother and sister-in-law, Dominic and Amanda Ferguson, his niece and nephew, Layla and Londyn, his sister and brother-in-law, Deangela and Anthony Stubbs, his niece and goddaughter, Alisa, his godsons, Keano Roberts, Jax Kinnear, and Julius Kinnear, as well as numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins. Viewing and visitation will be held on: Monday, May 20, 2024, from 5:00pm to 7:00pm at Ruby Memorial Funeral & Cremation Services in North Brunswick, NJ. A Funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, May 21, 2024, at 10:30am at St. Matthias Roman Catholic Church in Somerset, NJ.
