It is with deep sorrow and love that we announce the passing of Shri Chander Bhan Mehta, who left us peacefully on April 26, 2025, at the age of 90, in New Jersey, U.S.A.

Born on April 12, 1935, in Duniyapur, Undivided India, Mr. Mehta lived a life marked by stability, simplicity, and profound wisdom. Over a long and distinguished career, he served the Indian Railways with great dedication, retiring as a Financial Advisor. His work was always guided by integrity, and his life by a quiet strength that inspired everyone around him.

A man of simple needs and strong values, he believed deeply in financial discipline and the power of living humbly. As a father, he was a true teacher, imparting invaluable lessons about the importance of savings, balance, and responsibility. His guidance shaped the lives of his children and family, and his wisdom will be carried forward by all who knew and loved him.

Chander Bhan Mehta was deeply God-fearing and remained fiercely independent throughout his life, maintaining his self-sufficiency and inner strength until his final days.
He is survived by his loving family: Arun Mehta, Neena Mehta, Kashvi Mehta, Ashmi Mehta, Pooja Arora, Rajeev Arora, and Arnav Arora. His legacy of humility, resilience, and unwavering love will remain a guiding light for all of them.

A Funeral Puja in honor of his life will be held on Monday, April 28, 2025, at 1:00 PM at Ruby Memorial Funeral Home, 2050 Rt. 130 N, North Brunswick, NJ 08902.

He will be deeply missed but forever remembered in the hearts he touched.
