Jorge Rosario, 53, died on Wednesday September 20, 2017 at his residence with his loving family by his side after a 10 year battle with cancer.

Visitation will take place at the funeral home on Monday, September 25th from 5 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home at 202 Stockton Street in Hightstown. Private family gathering will take place on Tuesday morning, Interment will follow with Military Honors at 10:30 a.m. at The Brigadier General William C. Doyle Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 350 Provinceline Road in Wrightstown, NJ.

Jorge was born and raised in The Bronx, NY and has been a resident of Hightstown, NJ for the past 21 years. Jorge was a proud military veteran, serving in the United States Air Force from 1982 to 1994.

He worked as a Detective with The Mercer County Prosecutor’s Office until his medical retirement in 2010.

He was a comic book fan and a huge Mets fan. He enjoyed coaching softball, loved watching the History Channel, and enjoyed most importantly, spending time with his family.
